Your agreement with BINarrator.ai begins when you perform any of the following:

BINarrator.ai Services are offered on a subscription or project basis. Specific features, functionality, and availability may vary depending on the selected plan. We may modify or discontinue certain features without notice to improve functionality, performance, or compliance.
3. Account Registration and Security
To use BINarrator.ai, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate personal and business information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach. BINarrator.ai is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard account information.
4. Billing and Payment
All subscriptions and services are billed in advance unless otherwise specified. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in a written agreement.
- Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and other methods listed on our website.
- If payment is not received on time, your access to paid Services may be suspended until payment is made.
- BINarrator.ai reserves the right to change pricing or payment terms upon reasonable notice.
No interest will accrue on prepaid balances, and you remain responsible for all applicable taxes.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use BINarrator.ai Services only for lawful, ethical, and authorized business purposes.
Prohibited uses include (but are not limited to):
- Uploading or using unlawful, defamatory, or infringing data.
- Attempting to access systems, data, or accounts not intended for your use.
- Reverse-engineering, copying, or reselling any BINarrator.ai software or intellectual property.
- Interfering with the performance, security, or integrity of our systems or networks.
- Using our Services to train competing AI systems without written consent.
BINarrator.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if prohibited or abusive conduct is detected.
6. Data Privacy and Security

All software, designs, models, content, trademarks, and documentation made available through BINarrator.ai are the exclusive property of BINarrator.ai or its licensors. 8. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” BINARRATOR.AI MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BINarrator.ai and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our Services.
In no event shall BINarrator.ai’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications and Updates
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
BINarrator.ai may also modify or discontinue parts of the Service to maintain performance, compliance, or business continuity.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account or subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. BINarrator.ai may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or misuse the Services.
Upon termination, you lose access to your account and all associated data, except as required by law. BINarrator.ai is not obligated to maintain or provide any backup of user data after account termination.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting our support team. If unresolved, any claim or controversy arising out of these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Salt Lake County, Utah, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You and BINarrator.ai waive any right to participate in class actions or jury trials. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property or confidentiality breaches.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any court proceedings (if permitted under these Terms) shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Utah.
13. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. BINarrator.ai’s failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver. BINarrator.ai may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor entity.
These Terms, together with any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and BINarrator.ai regarding use of the Services.
